Do you carry women-specific western gear?
You bet! We’ve got a whole section dedicated to our Cowgirls, featuring Women’s Cowboy Boots, Jeans & Pants, Shirts, Accessories, and more – all designed with both style and function in mind for the modern cowgirl.
Are your products authentic western gear?
As authentic as a Texas sunset! Every item in our store is selected for its quality, durability, and true western spirit. From competition-ready saddles to fashion-forward cowboy boots, we only stock gear we’d trust on our own ranch.

Ordering & Account Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for your convenience. Your payment information is always handled with the utmost security.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
While we don’t currently offer account creation, we’ll send you detailed tracking information via email the moment your order ships. You can follow your package every step of the way from our Detroit stables to your doorstep!
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to wrangle your order, contact us faster than a rodeo clown at [email protected]. We process orders quick (within 1-2 business days), so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of catching your request before it ships.

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two trusty steeds for delivery:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) – Via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do, partner! We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Just remember that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information via email. You can:
  • Track DHL/FedEx packages directly on their websites
  • Follow EMS shipments through your local postal service

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, you can return it within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Just contact us at [email protected] to start the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll saddle up and cover the costs – just contact us with details about the issue.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund faster than a cutting horse can change direction – typically within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
