Our Shipping Promise

We process orders quicker than a cutting horse can turn – typically within 1-2 business days. Then we’ll send your gear racing to your doorstep with these shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Cost: Free for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We don’t currently ship to some Asian countries and remote areas – contact us if you’re unsure about your location.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our western gear like a trusty steed. If your purchase doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations, we’ll make it right quicker than you can say “yeehaw!”

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable Items: Training aids and women’s accessories (including belts & buckles) for hygiene reasons. Saddles with custom fittings may have special conditions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than a barrel racer’s pattern:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your request (use our template below)
  2. Get Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and an RMA number
  3. Pack It Up: Include all original tags, packaging, and a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Detroit corral using a trackable method (return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless we made an error)

Return Shipping Options

  • Standard Return: DHL or FedEx ($12.95-$19.95 depending on item size)
  • Economy Return: USPS Priority Mail ($8-$15)

Pro Tip: Purchase tracking and insurance – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs non-refundable. 10% restocking fee may apply to saddles and large items.

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Just indicate in your email whether you’d like:

  • A different size/color of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for future purchases

We’ll ship your exchange pronto, with no additional shipping charge if the exchange is of equal or greater value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect (heaven forbid!):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
