6.1 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear to you faster than a mustang at full gallop:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

6.2 Delivery Areas

We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure about your location, reach out to us before ordering.

6.3 Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 Return Policy

We stand behind our gear like a trusty steed. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are unused with original tags and packaging
• You’ve contacted us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Non-returnable items include training aids and women’s accessories (belts & buckles) for hygiene reasons, and custom-fitted saddles may have special conditions.

7.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

3. Pack items with all original materials
4. Ship to our Detroit corral using a trackable method

7.3 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:
